SAP Functional testing Senior Manager- Consultant

About the Role

Demonstrates extensive knowledge and/or a proven record of success in the following areas:
1. 15+ years of experience in testing or development with solid understanding of the software development lifecycle
2. Minimum of 9 years SAP working experience in S4 HANA platform
3. At least 7-9 years of experience in SAP Test Management with having good knowledge of SAP Business processes e.g. Order to Cash, Procure to Pay and Record to Report.
4. At least 7 years experience in testing and test coordination in SAP projects, especially in SAP S4/HANA Greenfield and Conversion projects
5. Over 7 years’ experience in SAP Finance & Controlling module with minimum 6 to 7 full cycle implementation experience of mid to high complexity
6. Ability to configure S/4HANA Finance & Controlling conforming to the Client's standards & requirements and integrate it with other S/4HANA modules and SAP systems such as Ariba, Concur, MDM, PI, BW.
7. At minimum 5 – 7 years of experience working with any of the SAP modules below:-
SAP SD (Sales & Distribution)
SAP MM (Material Management)
SAP PM (Plant Maintenance)
SAP PS (Project System)
SAP ABAP
SAP Basis
Integration Lead
8. Experience in integration with SAP Project System, SAP MM and SAP SD
9. Strong leadership and coordination skills with a proven track record of success in Test Lead roles within SAP projects, consistently delivering on time and ensuring quality.
10. Experience in testing across Agile/Scrum and Waterfall projects, being able to adapt to various project frameworks and deliver optimal results.
11. Hands on experience with a broad range of Test Management and Test Automation tools. Such as HP ALM, JIRA, SAP Solution Manager, Tosca Tricentis, LoadRunner.
12. Broadly understand the S/4 HANA and other SAP products like (Success Factors, Concur, Ariba) to ensure solutions and roadmaps are comprehensive
13. Experience in integration with SAP Project System, SAP MM and SAP SD
14. SAP ERP: ECC version and having experienced with S/4 HANA on premise and private cloud version will be privilege
15. Minimum 5 years of deep cross-functional Life Sciences commercial knowledge (across commercial marketing, patient services, market access, sales)
16. Being able to lead and manage Pharma and Life sciences implementation projects, including planning, resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder communication
17. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to effectively engage and manage relationships with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors.
18. Ability to provide training and support to end-users is crucial. This includes conducting user training sessions, creating training materials, and providing post-implementation support to ensure smooth adoption and usage of Retail solutions.
19. Knowledge and delivery experience of one of more of technologies such as Microservices, Rest API's, Mobile & Cloud.
20. Good knowledge in scripting with Test Automation Tools like TOSCA, Panaya, Selenium, Work soft, UI Path
21. Knowledge and delivery experience of modern delivery methodologies such as Behavior Driven Development , Technical Driven Development, DevOps, Lean, Agile
22. At least 5 years of experience working in Cloud (AWS), Agile, CI/CD, DevOps environments.
23. Experience in writing queries against databases and data warehouses in Oracle or SQL Server, MySQL, Postgres, and Mongo DB.
24. Strong written/oral communication skills, problem resolution, good judgment, presentation, and decision-making skills required
25. Prior experience of development or testing for Cloud Services. Experience with testing services in AWS/Azure/Google Cloud is a big plus
26. Demonstrating experience in Agile practices, DevOps, CI/CD pipeline, Continuous testing, Software Quality Principles, Advanced Test Methodologies, Best Practices and Procedures;
27. Understanding Quality Metrics, KPIs, Data Visualization, Data Analytics and its impact on IT organizations, Testing Maturity Models and how they are applied to increase maturity of quality and IT organization, to enable continuous improvement;
28. Performing Data Mining, predictive modeling techniques and using data to drive business outcomes and decisions;
