
About the Role
We are seeking a Conversational AI Specialist with expertise in designing, implementing, and optimizing Conversational AI systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in conversational design, data preprocessing, and NLP/NLG techniques, including sentiment analysis, topic modeling, and text classification.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop AI systems using frameworks like RASA, DialogFlow, LUIS, and Lex, integrating NLU pipelines for intent classification, entity recognition, and feature extraction.
Leverage NLP/NLU expertise in Text-to-Speech (TTS), Speech-to-Text (STT), SSML, Intent Analytics, OmniChannel AI, IVR, and Intelligent Agent Assist.
Work with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, etc.) to build scalable Conversational AI solutions.
Utilize Python, PySpark, R, and JavaScript frameworks, along with visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
Improve system performance through metrics analysis and user feedback, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Agile methodologies and version control systems.
Stay updated with trends, regulatory standards, and compliance requirements in conversational AI.
Preferred Skills:
Proficiency in data wrangling tools (Alteryx, SQL), ML modeling (Regression, Neural Networks), and NoSQL databases (MongoDB).
Experience in telecom or customer service, CRM systems, and organizational analytics (pricing, sales, marketing).
This role demands strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, and a proven track record of delivering successful Conversational AI projects.
Requirements
Conversational AI Development:
Conversational design, implementation, and testing.

Data wrangling tools: Alteryx, Excel, SQL.
NoSQL databases: MongoDB, Cassandra.
Data Visualization:
Tools: Power BI, Tableau, QlikView, Spotfire.
Machine Learning:
Regression, Time Series Forecasting, Classification, XGBoost, Clustering, Neural Networks, and Simulation Modeling.
